Just looking for some insight, I have a stream PC with a threadripper 1950x (16 cores, 32 threads) OC'd to 4.0 GHz as well as a 1050 ti. I'm attempting to stream at 1920x1080 @ 60 FPS on medium preset, which I understand is a definite extreme, but my CPU usage is maxing out at ~70% and I'm still getting high encoding errors. Capture card is a PCI-e elgato HD60 Pro

I've attached my OBS logs as well, I'm thinking that it might be an inefficiency with the threadripper 1950x and OBS?
