Question / Help High Encoding / Low Quality

Hi! I need some settings for the following components:
I have a laptop Asus X550L
12 GB RAM
HDD: 1 TB
INTEL CORE i7-4510U CPU @ 2.00GHz 2.60GHz
Windows 8.1 x64
NVidia Geforce 840M
1366x768
When I record, I receive the error "High Encoding" and the quality is low.
Solutions ?
P.S I have tried to change my setting with the settings from the forum,and didn't work .

It seems you forgot to post your logfile with your issue. the logfile contains most of what everyone here need to help you with.
