Question / Help High Encoding during recording on High end Rig

Hello, I am trying to record videos on OBS Studio version 19.0.2 64 bit for windows 10. I am getting stutters after the recording is done in my video and during the recording I notice "Warning High encoder" message. I am using NVENC H.264 as I have a Nvidia GTX 1080. I am wondering if anyone can help me figure out this problem!

To be extremely clear; in my post-recording videos I watch back in my video editing program, windows media player, and in a Movies/TV program that is installed on Windows 10, it all shows random frame stutters and skips during recording, before rendering or editing happens. This is directly from recording on OBS Studio and not a render issue.

PC Specs:
CPU: I7-4790k at 4.00 GHz
GPU: nvidia GTX 1080
Storage: External 3.0 hard-drive dedicated solely for storing videos during recording
RAM: 16GB
OS: Windows 10 version 1703

Pastebin of Log during the recording session I noticed this issue:

Please let me know what I can change or do to fix this! It is very annoying!

idk if this helps but in the nvenc h 264 settings my preset is high quality und profile is also high.my cqp is at 25 and i dont have any issues with 1080p recording.(except when i want to record 4k things. this just dont work with obs)when you want to record 4k you should use geforce experience. if this doesnt help, try to record on a internal ssd or hdd. but with cqp 25 you should have a fine bitrate.
