Question / Help High Encoding and FPS problems

OBS both drops my frame rate in the program and in the game I am playing, any solutions? Also I am constantly getting High Encoding problems.
Here are my specs:
Toshiba Satellite C75D-C
Amd A8-7410 apu with Radeon r5 graphics
8gb ram (6.93 usable)
I know its not great but I needed something better than my old pc.
Any help will be great, thanks.

Yeah I know its not very good but I just got this computer about 6 months ago and don't really want to spend the money to pick up something better. Is there any way to work around it, like find proper settings or disable certain programs to help the cpu run better?

At that Point test how your CPU Usage behaves and try different Resolutions.

I forgot to say that I was looking for recording settings but I'll keep what you said in mind for when I decide to stream. Anyway I downscaled to 852x480 for now and it seemed to work. Thanks for your help though!
