Provide an OBS log from the attempt if it still has problems.
Where can I find the log? I give the statistics when I have an alert while waiting

Log file, not crash report.

Although that crash was caused by the win-audio-capture plugin

In your last log file you have several issues to tacle. Post a clean log file performing a test stream/recording after you follow recommendatoins on the Analizer

I followed the instructions, and i made a record test while having streamlabs alerts : https://obsproject.com/logs/6IgVI9hFKWS8ITX_

Lags when are my alert have a webm animation, so when it is a video. But 2 months ago, i hadn't this issue

Please check recommendation on the Analizer

Filters can break stuff too. Disable filters and see what happens. It could be it. Rmemeber that Java uses a lot of resources and if you add a lot of process in the cpu it could lead to more issues.
You can create a new scene collection and test without filters in there.

And sorry, it's all about test and try, test and try, test again.

Does Minecraft have the option for V-Sync? Enable it.
I myself use Minecraft locked at 60fps to not have issues. Actually, all games at 60fps. A differnt thing is if you have a 2 computer setup. Having only 1 computer limits you. Different sources with different fps may give you issues too.

Yes there is V-Sync. The problem is that I have a 144hz monitor and an option for motion blur, motion blur is awful if it's below 200 fps.
I have only one computer to stream and play at the same time, I know it is recommended to have 2 but I can't afford it and my channel is too small for so much professionalism
