Been having issues with high cpu usage that causes severe framerate issues in-game for me. My CPU% has been reaching 100% when streaming Overwatch / Destiny 2 on OBS . I have Overwatch running on lowest settings, and this log was from a short stream of it. I'd like to add that my PC runs it perfectly well when OBS isn't running, it becomes an issue when I try to stream either game. I usually use OBS Studio but for this test I used OBS Classic to see if there was any change or if it ran better on Classic for me, I made a barebones scene to test and the results are very similar to what they are on OBS Studio, cpu usage-wise. If anyone could help me I'd appreciate it.
