I got 9300 kbs, but OBS suggested me to use 3000, so I am using 2400 bitrate and buffersize but x264 codec, but I have high cpu usage.
Should I stream with Nvidia instead ? And I also have ingame laggs when I play CS:GO especially when there are smokes
