Question / Help High CPU Usage/Won't record at all.

I have streamed as early as last week and recorded just fine, but I tried today and the stream was fine but an unspecified error prevented me from recording, as well my cpu usage went through the roof and it hasn't ever done that before. I changed no settings except webcam since last stream. The second file is a file created right at launch and closed, the third was another test that failed again... please help?

first of all read laptop/black screen sticky and apply red part of it

Thing is, it has worked multiple times before yesterday. The problem have started with no apparent reason when I launched obs yesterday.
