Question / Help High cpu usage with an i7

Hello, so I basically when I upgraded my rig, I was hesitating between an i5-6600k and an i7-6700. I chose the i7, because I wanted to record and stream using x264, so it will look nice and sharp. The only problem is, I can't record, nor stream anything at even low quality except League of Legends, since my CPU usage bumps up constantly to 100%. I'm really disappoited, since I only bought an I7 to handle these kinds of tasks, and now I don't know what to do. Even using QuickSync causes high cpu usage (80%+ and the gameplay still choppy), which I guess it shouldn't. Any help would be highly appreciated.

Processor: Intel I7-6700
RAM: 8GB Hyperx Fury
GPU: MSI GTX 960 GAMING G4
Motherboard: MSI Krait Gaming 3x
SSD: Kingston SSDNow 240GB
SSHD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB

u need more cores -> min 6C/12T for modern games and streaming h264 -> better use 8C/16T

but u can use NVenc ;)
