So I have been streaming for weeks with no issue at some pretty fair settings. Then yesterday out of the blue I could not stream and play a game at all. OBS was at 60% CPU Usage when I usually only have around 10%. CSGO wouldn't get above 100fps and BF1 wouldn't even get 10fps. I tried for hours trying to figure it out and I found a really dumb fix. First I have to move all my Stream Files (Overlay and such files) to a different location on my drive, doesn't matter where. Then I open OBS and move the files back to its original location. I have to click on properties for a few things and reselect the files. But OBS is back to normal. if I close and open OBS, I have to do it all over again because it'll raise the CPU usage to 60%.

I am hoping someone can help me find a more permanent fix than having to do this ever time I stream.
