High cpu usage when using window capture

When I use window capture (Google Meet - Microsoft Edge) in obs, the CPU usage goes at 100%, OBS is slow and is losing frames. And when I close Microsoft Edge and Reopen it, I have to re-configure the Window capture input. It shows only a line. Is there a way to make the CPU usage smaller? Or a better browser that does not use much resource (that supports google meet)?

I have no idea if this would work, but have you have tried using Browser source option?

I cannot log to meet with it.

Yes, but it's also using much CPU. In fact, obs is using 50-60% of the CPU, and the browser 30-40%. Also, the fps drops to 20.
