Hello.
I'm using a computer which is fairly new currently. Instaloled OBS on it, and added a scene and just 2 things in it (Window Capture and Video Capture Device.
When OBS is open, even when doing nothing, the CPU shoots to 73%-90%.
Specs:
CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz
CPU Speed: 3696MHz
Physical Cores: 6, Logical Cores: 12
Physical Memory: 16242MB Total, 13536MB Free
Windows Version: 10.0 Build 15063 (revision: 1112; 64-bit)
Running as administrator: false
Aero is Enabled (Aero is always on for windows 8 and above)
Windows 10 Gaming Features:
Game Bar: Off
Game DVR: Off
Game DVR Background Recording: Off
Game Mode: Off
