I am working on setting up second PC for streaming. On the content computer I have OBS installed and it sits at 4% when idle, even with all the sources. After setting up my streaming PC, installing OBS, running it for the first time, and changing the base/scale resolution to 1920x1080 my CPU is at ~80% load.
I haven't added any scenes or sources yet. Is this normal for OBS with the current set-up I have on the streaming PC (see log file below for specs)?
