Question / Help High cpu usage using nvenc h. 264

Ok so i bought a new pc. Specs are great, intel i7 8700, gtx 1060 6gb with 8gb ram. Was setting up stream stuff, after finally getting done i tried streaming and my cpu usage shot up to 100% while using nvenc encoder idk how or why, my last pc didnt have this problem while running on a amd gpu.

Have you nailed down the high CPU load to the OBS process in Taskmanager?
Have you created a completely empty/new scene collection and checked each added source for possible CPU load (can be the Webcam driver, browser or video sources etc.)?
