So I read through the sticky'd thread for High CPU Usage warning (which I am getting). I have tried to adjust my settings as much as possible but I still feel my stream quality is not very good and maybe based on my computer specs should be better.

I am trying to stream Overwatch. I know this is a more intensive game but I feel like my build should be able to handle this streaming 30fps and 720p easily and maybe even 60/1080? Upload speed is not an issue as I have fios and a good connection. I have been thinking about upgrading my CPU and if this is the round anyone thinks I might need to pursue would you leave a recommendation?
