Question / Help High CPU Usage, lags on stream at every game?

Hello!
I was here some weeks ago too. Lets make it short.
My problem a few weeks ago was that I wasnt able to record Overwatch without OBS or OBS Studio saying "High CPU" from time to time. I was told that my hardware is too bad. Now I am finally able to stream, no Overwatch of course.
Cool, I tried it out today. I wanted to stream Heroes of the Storm. Even before I got into a round I had "High CPU" and only one picture for many seconds. If I am recording Heroes I have nearly no problems. Only on stream.
"Hm, maybe Heroes is too hard...", I thought and switched to Shovel Knight. For real, no graphics intensive game, but from time to time I have "High CPU" even with Shovel Knight! But only on stream. Recordings are much better. Oh, and my CPU is chilling at about 15% according to OBS. Task-Manager says about 50% or 75% while playing Heroes.
Could someone say me why and give me a solution?

Hardware:
Mainboard: MSI H170 GAMING M3
RAM: Corsair DIMM 16GB DDR4-2133
Processor: Intel Core i5-6500 - 3.2GHz
Graphics Card: MSI GeForce GTX 960 Gaming 2G

OS: Windows 10
OBS Studio Settings are included as screenshots but in German.

Logs of the stream(restarted it twice):
First try: https://pastebin.com/AwwPffwH
Second try: https://pastebin.com/7BKRdDqq
Third try: https://pastebin.com/28VnxPY5

Upload(if necessary): ~6,3 Mbps

Want an example? https://www.twitch.tv/videos/141817040 1:30 to 2:00 or better from 5:35 to 6:10.

Thanks for reading... :/

Others are starting to post about solutions to this in a few of the other threads, but the common thing seems to be an issue with Avast and a performance feature it comes with called Gaming Mode, if you have avast, try turning Gaming Mode off. Also I've seen elsewhere that some people have said that the GeForce Experience program that comes coupled with the nvidia drivers has been causing issues as well, if you don't need it try uninstalling that program.

I use Avast indeed but Gaming Mode is always disabled. GeForce Experience helps me to know when new drivers are out... I will try it, thanks.
Anyway, I will set my PC next days up again from zero I think. After 18 months its a bit slow and messy... Could your solution fix the problem with Overwatch too?

That I don't know, this issue I've had was effecting some games but not all (obs would struggle with FFXIV or Berserk but GTA v ran fine) Since I don't have overwatch I wouldn't tell you. for me it's not a big deal though, I prefer to manually check for driver updates by going tot he site instead of having my system doit for me. Mostly because I check and see if the newest drivers are causing issues or not before installing them
