Question / Help High CPU usage.....I think?

I'm streaming pubg and other games and notice that my cpu usage is hitting 20% when streaming 720p/30fp on a 6700k. is this normal or are there settings I'm forgetting? Thanks for reading and helping

20% while playing PUBG and streaming 720p30 seems actually quite low imo. But if you have no real issue then its perfectly fine.
