Bug Report High CPU Usage/High Encoding after no Hardware Change

Hi, I'm using OBS to broadcast my live stream from my webcam to a streaming site. I've been doing so with the same hardware (Windows 10, Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-5010U CPU @ 2.10 GHz, Logitech HD 1080p Webcam) for almost a year. I hadn't changed any hardware or settings and one day I received the red 'High Encoding CPU' error. I've adjusted all of the recommended resolution settings and am still having problems. I don't even feel that I should have to lower those resolution settings because my computer and hardware have proven to be able to handle its previous higher resolution settings because I'd been using them that way for months. Please let me know if you need me to list my actual settings or attach screenshots here if the log file isn't enough.

I really need to be able to use OBS as soon as possible with as clear a stream as I can asap. Anyone who can offer advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Yes, thanks. I did a clean uninstall as I waited for an answer and upon reinstalling the available version that you mentioned in your answer as well I'm streaming just fine :) Thanks
