Question / Help High CPU Usage - Fresh Install on Stream PC

Hello,
I decided to invest in a stream PC.
But for some reason that I can't seem to figure out, just after installing OBS Studio and opening it, my CPU usage jumps to ~70%. The CPU is a solid one, the i7-8700K.

I have an Elgato 4K60 Pro, but I have not set it up in OBS yet.
I'm not streaming or recording, and I have nothing in the scenes.

What graphics card do you use? Please install graphics software drivers for it. You can use windows device manager.

OBS-Studio only see it as "Loading up D3D11 on adapter Microsoft Basic Render Driver (0)", which may show up as not having any graphics drivers installed.
