Hi , i wanted to ask you guys something , i have a i7 8700K and i am trying to stream at 1600x900P 60FPS , my CPU usage is between 20-30% and sometimes i have FPS drops in OBS it goes from 60 to 40 , is it normal? My CPU temps is also high when i stream 1600x900P , it's between 60-80 but i guess it's normal with the 8700K right?

Only times i'm having FPS drops in OBS is when i'm alt+tabbing, but your problem sounds to be something else. maybe you overloading your CPU or GPU? You don't really tell us what you are trying to stream, or post the log so helping is impossible with the given information.
I am actually streaming fortnite on that log and it's probably the only game i stream. I dont think i overload my CPU but maybe the GPU. https://gist.github.com/f8a2bb191424ca8dc8cf6767e06d1cf7

You're overloading your video card, not the CPU
