Question / Help High CPU Usage / Encoding Problem

I just started to stream and I got some problem with my CPU Usage when streaming, according to OBS Classic.

My Laptop is HP EliteBook 850 G3.
It's a i5 Processor, 16 GB RAM.

The thing is that it wasn't during my first hours. But it only started to happen after streaming League for a few hours.

Well do keep in mind that Laptop CPUs/GPUs do downclock themselves when used intensively... and streaming+gaming for a few hours certainly qualifies as that.

Next time you stream+game, try running something like CPU-z and keep an eye on your CPU/GPU temps and clock speeds.
