Question / Help High CPU Usage/Bitrate and Frames on stream dropping. No Game Impact

So recently I have been trying to stream but I've run into a problem when streaming fortnite. My ingame fps is not affected but the stream fps and bitrate are hit hard and the cpu hits about 15% usage on fast preset. Here are the logs

Maybe remove custom settings and choose very fast preset and make sure, your game is not eating up all CPU power (limit ingame fps).

Nope, doesn't fix anything. Limited my game to 144fps as I am running a 144hz monitor. Here is the log

Log shows, you still use custom h264 settings.
