Question / Help High CPU Usage after Update

Here's my problem, I streamed daily for 2 weeks, 0 problems. Then, I did this most recent update. Now, my stream keeps dropping FPS, not frames. All it says is "HIGH CPU USAGE." I've cleaned my PC, i've shut down processes and programs, and i've lowered bit rate to no help. So please help!

There's no point running your webcam at 1920x1080 when your stream is only 1280x720. Put it to a more appropriate size, you likely don't even need it to be 720p.
