Hello I just found out that while I am streaming in 720p I got really high CPU temperature which is 99 deegres. Normally the temperature is 60 deegres. Don't know why this happens, but I will be very greatful if you would help me with it.

I can also send you my computer specification:
Motherboard: Asus Rampage III Gene
Memory: Corsair DDR3 2x2048MB 1600MHz CL9
Graphic Card: Ati Radeon HD 5770
HDD: Samsung HD502HJ 500GB
Internet: 50mbs/3mbs upload

Are you saying that your CPU idle temperature is 60°? If so, that is very high. A normal CPU idle temp should be between 30° and 40° at the most. It sounds to me like either your CPU cooling fan is full of dust and needs to be cleaned, or it has failed and needs to be replaced.

Your CPU should be hitting 65-70 under full load, not sitting just underneath that while idle.

I'd clean the dust out of your computer if I was you, and turn down any overclocks you have, since you clearly don't have the cooling for it.
