Question / Help high cpu load even with my high end pc

i have an huge issue...
the quality of my stream is bad and my cpu usage is at 90%
i want to stream in 720p 60fps or 1080p 30fps but it looks pretty washed out.
you guys are my last hope ;(

That is not a full log. Could you try uploading a complete one? If you are uploading your "latest" log, make sure you have tried streaming at least once whil having OBS open, or just upload your second-to-last log.
