Question / Help High CPU/Encoding while streaming LoL (Help)

Hey guys I've just purchased a new PC and it runs league perfect and OBS pretty well I'm just looking for ideal settings for streaming/recording to stop "High CPU/ENCODING warning/lag"here are my most recent dump logs please let me know what I can change :)

For recording you need different settings than for streaming.

To stream use a downscale, you can't stream 1080p in most cases and its also too hard on your CPU. Set it to 720p mode or even smaller if you still have problems. Also your bitrate is low, set it to 2000 unless your internet connection can't handle that. Finally, you should prefer to use Game Capture over Window Capture, as it performs better.

How do I change it to 720p?

Settings > Video > Resolution Downscale. If you're running at 1080p, then 720p is a 1.50 downscale.
