Question / Help high CPU encoding message

Hey, so i just recently switched from an AMD FX-8320 8 core to an i7-4790k and just recently when i try to stream, and even when i preview on obs i get the HIGH ENCODING! error. the only thing im doing when i preview is watch a youtube video;

Specs:
I7-4790k
Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H
16 GB Ram : Corsair Vengence Pro
650W PSU
XFX R9 270 4GB
