High Average Time To Render Frame Win11, fine on Windows 10

After updating to Windows 11, without making any changes to any settings, there is constantly a minimal of 16.7ms frame render time, and lots of frames missed or skipped due to rendering/encoding lag. These problems do not exist on Windows 10. Downgrading back to Windows 10 solving the issue. I'd really like to run Windows 11 on this PC, but I need OBS for work. I hope someone can see something I don't.

I did an A/B recording test and provided logs from both Windows 10 and Windows 11.

Please check the analizer results, specially the red one. Look if the plugins are updated too. Some have issues with latest versions of OBS.

Win 11 is a work in progress.

Unfortunately, I've reproduced the issue on a fresh install of Windows 11, in a completely fresh install of OBS with no scenes or sources.

Did you ever get this figured out? I'm having the same issue, and have very similar hardware (only difference is the motherboard). Worked fine on Windows 10. Am considering rolling back to 10.

Hi, i just experienced the similar issues in windows 11 and OBS (16.7ms render time). Sometimes it does happen, most of the time it doesn't. Most noticably it happens when i have Vsync enabled in the Nvida control panel; turning off Vsync or choosing Use the 3D application setting got obs to work correctly afterwards. That being said i have no idea why its behaving as such, But its a start. Your milage may vary ;)
