Hide OBS window in Display Capture source?

I think this may have to do with the version of Windows. Using the exact same version of OBS 29.1.3 on Windows 10 (build 19045) and Windows Server 2019 (build 17763), both using the exact same video hardware, and all other settings equal, the option "Hide OBS windows from screen capture" appears on Windows 10 and missing from Server 2019.

Oops, sorry I missed the post that stated the function requires at least Windows version 2004.
