There are no viable settings for 0.80 Mbps upload in combination with LoL. LoL is quite bandwidth hungry for a MOBA and consequently you will have way less than that 0.80 Mbps to work with for the stream. And given the fact it is unrealistic to expect to actually hit 100% of your upload all the time, it would be even less.
Effectively speaking, you would probably 0.50 Mbps at most to work with for the stream. Which just is not enough to stream LoL at a quality and resolution that is watchable.
