hey guys i am cirex and i play lol and i also like to stream then my friends tell me to use OBS
but i have some problems how can i make my stream smooth? or not choppy????(my stream is kinda laggy and choppy IDK why)
current settings:
-Video Encoding-
quality - 8
max bitrate(kb /s) - 600
buffer size (kbit) - 600
-Audio Encoding-
Codec: AAC
Format :44.1Khz stereo
bitrate :48

base resolution :1366 x 768 (my resolution in my monitor)
resolution downscale :NONE (1366 x 768)
FPS:30
disable aero:(i didnt check)

use multithreaded optimizations :(checked)
precess priority class :high
Video
CFR:(checked)
CBR:(not checked)
preset:slow
custum x264 encoder: (not using this)
allow 61-120 FPS (not checked)
-Audio
use higher quality resampling (checked)
Force audio to sync in video (not checked dont know what his is)
Global audio time offset : 500

computer specs:
processor:i5 3570K @3.40 GHz (4 core 3rd gen)
ram:4 GB
video card: ati radeon 5570 HD 1GB
Internet: 6mbps download speed and 1mbps upload
VOD:http://www.twitch.tv/cirexlol/b/387740574 (sorry if this video have that static noise liek "nnnnnnnnnnnn" its just my old aircon sorry)

guys pls help me because if you can i would be very happy and tell my friends to use OBS and not xsplit
guys plss i need you help
i hope a solution to my problem :)

Reset your settings back to defaults by deleting the OBS folder in %APPDATA% (you apparently changed all kinds of settings for some reason) then use http://obsproject.com/estimator

I always disable Aero and from that you get some more performance.
I noticed the difference right away.

ok thank you for the quick reply love this community i will try it now and keep you updated guys :)
guys is there a way to stream in 720p with my upload??? 0.8 - 1.20 mbps upload?
what preset will i use??? only fps , quality and bitrate are there??? no suggestion in preset??? help?? :(

That's pretty difficult with your upload speed.

guys if i will look at my pas broadcast and there is no lag does it mean that there is no lag in the stream also???? pls reply plsssss
