Question / Help Hi, Quite new to this but i need help regards my stream loading

Hello, i got problems with my stream just loading, then starts and plays nice for 10 seconds and then loading again.

my internet r quite decent imo but im not sure, but here's a picture of my settings and my speedtest result:

Twitch has a "We may ban you if you don't contact us first" limit of 3500kbit for video encoding settings. Try to stream at 5000kbit for prolonged periods and they may ban you entirely.

Additionally, bitrates above about 2000kbit cause a LARGE percentage of your viewers to be unable to view due to their routes to the twitch's viewer servers not supporting above that.
