you don't need 32-bit audio, btw, unless you have top end mics and are recording in a booth (and even in that case, you would only really need 24-bit). bit depths above 16 are really only useful for things with a lot of dynamics like musical instruments .. or recording gunfire or airplane engines

link 1 = xiph (but offline due to spring hardware failure)
link 2 = videos from same guy but i didn't want to link the site whose name begins with a V that abused DMCA on critique videos of its PC builds falling entirely under US Fair Use law

I actually need this for hi quality streaming from my Reaper 6 DAW.
32 bit alows avoid digital clips.

also I am using 32 bits for digital processing with plugins.

and yes I came from 44100-16 bit hardware synths and voice recordings LOL
