Well hello there and thanks you for clicking on the thread, i'm new there. I've been streaming for 2years and since 5month I moved to a new location, there I take the best connection that I can, so I'm having Orange with the fiber connection and i've got a Pc wired to the livebox.
The problem is clear : when i'm starting streaming at 09:00pm , after something like 10minutes the stream stop and the internetbox shutdown, i'm restarting my internetbox and I reload my stream and then It continues stopping for some hours.
For you to clearly understand my problem my Twitch channel get at least 21 videos instead of having 7 videos and that's caused by the shutdown.
Here are the things I already test to know where is the problem :
- Changing the Internetbox : No changes.
- Testing my Ethernet Cable Cat6 : No changes.
- Phoning the Internet support of Orange : No changes.
- Changing the server on obs : I change France, Paris to France, Marseille the first time it worked for 3 hours then the next day I restart stopping the live.
- I test looking at the time when i go stream and all the time the stream is stopping beetween 09:00pm and 11:00pm and sometimes it goes after 11:00pm.
I'm posting the most recent log i've got the date is : 2019/05/17.
I got all the time the same issue :
- RTMP send error 10054
- RTMP send error 10054
- RTMP send error 10038
All the help i already find on different Forums were talking on Internet Problems caused by overcharging bandwith neighborhood.
Thanks for helping me :)
