Question / Help Hi I May Need Some Help

Hi as you guys can tell I'm relatively new here and i was wondering if anybody is able to help me to find the best settings for the PC that I currently have and before i forget my max upload is 3Mbps/3000Kbps .

Here is the list of stuff it contains:
GPU: GeForce GTX 650
CPU: AMD Athlon X2 370K Dual Core Processor (Clocked to 4.8GHz/4800MHz)
Memory: 4GB (Planning to get more someday- like up to 16GB)
Motherboard: Biostar A55ml2

king I definitely recommend upgrading your PC if you're absolutely serious about streaming. Your CPU and RAM is incredibly under powered.
 
Ye i definitely thought someone would mention the CPU i am also planning to iron out those two factors that you mentioned the ram is more of a build up over time. The only thing i really don't have an idea about. Do you guys have any sort of tips?
 
Thanks Sapiens that is an awesome list, it completely made my day I'll invest in buying a X4 750k or even 760k for now since I'm planning to do the ram.
