Bitrate: Kick supports a bitrate of up to 8,000kbps

Does Kick support H.265 encoding?
Kick currently only supports X264 / H.264 encoding.

Your log:
18:01:00.597: [texture-amf-h265: 'advanced_video_stream'] settings:
18:01:00.597: rate_control: CBR
18:01:00.597: bitrate: 10000

You need to change the encoder from AMF H265 to AMF H264 and the CBR bitrate from 10000 to 8000.

Not related to that issue but do the following before you open your games and OBS.

The Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling ("HAGS") feature in Windows is currently known to cause performance and capture issues with OBS, games and overlay tools. It's an experimental feature and we recommend disabling it via these instructions.

Also, OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this, but it looks like you are trying to capture AoE IV with Display Capture instead of Game Capture. Remove Display Capture from that scene, restart OBS (as Admin), add Game Capture to the scene and try. If still having issues, try Window Capture.
