attempting reconec

I looked at the look here first post, and tried everything. new cable, even had ISP come and exhcnage outside wiring, everything is good on their end, attached is my log, i am a facebook streamer, and this is happening constantly. I dont know if its FB or OBS, please let me know how this can be...
