Hi guys,
Im new to streaming and I decided to give it a shot.
In currently not home but I saw something cool on twitch.tv.
Im not currently sure about my stream setting atm either because my upload speed is 1Mb.
But what I saw was this:

How can you fix this and what do you have to do?
Could I do this with 1mb?

Its like a custom made thing around his stream if you get it.

Its a normal .png image, probably, with the center black or cut out to allow a window capture to be put on top of it. The text on top is prob from nightdev.com or some similiar donations tracker and is setup by obtaining the information from a text file you have setup.
