Question / Help hi guys audio off sync help is needed please

Hi guys i stream pc and xbox one but my elgato has a 1500 ms delay on it in obs audio settings which then puts my mic out of sync on pc. is there away to sync my desktop audio back in to line. many thanks james and happy new year all

does global off sync help line my desktop back up with my mic. if i put that to -1500 ms any help from a wizard would be great
