I'd suggest getting a new PC, you won't be able to record with that on any form of decent quality.

I had this pc before, but with AMD Radeon hd 5570 instead on Nvidia. I wasn't able to record with that PC, and i bought an Intel Pentium G3258 (anniversary edition, it is good, Haswell +Quick sync) and changed memory from ddr2 to ddr3, with same gpu (amd radeon hd 5570) and now i'm able to record fine my gameplays.

Well, the cheapest way would be to get a nvenc compatible GPU(GTX 650 and above - don't know if the GT 720, 730, 740 or the 745 support it thoug).

I would recommend start researching PC parts and build your own. You can start with an Asrock mobo which are great and not too expensive and maybe i5 or i7 2600k or > at least 8g DDR3 Ram, GTX 660 or > maybe an SSD for windows and a cheap HDD for recordings. Of course there are much more expensive parts, but you can play around with these specs. and build a decent PC for gaming and recording. But you should always have another drive to record too.
