Hey guys, i am in a bit of a pickle. I am trying to set up a p2p stream using OBS, RTMP, and NGINX.

I followed this guide and have set up everything exactly as described, and can locally (on my own network) view my stream using VLC. (I also changed the conf for NGINX a bit, but only as recommended through here) However, when i set up port forwarding to my UBUNTU/nginx computer, the viewing the stream starts to malfunction and would then have buffer/lag problems; even while watching on my network it would work for a few seconds then display a grey screen. The same thing happens when someone off of my local network tries to watch it through VLC.

I know VLC might not be the best way to view the stream, but it should work regardless. I have tried using DMZ hosting for the second (UBUNTU) pc, have tried using hamachi between all the pcs involved, and have tried changing various settings in NGINX.conf and in OBS. My internet speed is 100Mbs/20Mbs, so i don't think it has to do with my bandwidth, and my internal network should be configured correctly (albeit using my ISP's provided router). I have tried googling/searching the forums, and have asked for help from some people to no avail.

I am open to any help, and can provide more information at request. I am new to most of what i am doing, but am willing to learn. I appreciate any help, and thanks for at least reading.

EDIT: 1:30 AM here, going to bed. If someone messages me or replies i will respond in ~8 hours. Thanks.
