Question / Help Hey guys need help with ping inconsistency and frame rate dropping

Hey guys,

Looking for some help with my OBS software settings. I mostly play Wildstar, ESO and League of Legends.

Computer Specs:

Win 8.1 64bit
Intel Core i7-4770 Haswell 3.4GHz LGA 1150 84W Des
EVGA GeForce GTX 770 Dual Superclocked
16 Gig Ram
ASRock Fatality H97 MoBo

My current settings for OBS are the following:

FPS 30
encoder is x264
Res 1920 1080
Bitrate and buffer both at 3k
Using New York server as it pinged me at 14ms
Using both CBR and CBR Padding
CFR Enabled with Multithreading

My download is 30.29 with an upload of 5.74

I have tried to tweek my settings repeatedly with the help of a few friends and we cant seem to figure out my situation. Also here is my OBS log as of the last nights attempt at fixing it.

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.
