Question / Help hey guys in need of good working settings

hey guys im having some trouble setting up my league of legends stream over twitch as it seems to lag a lot!

can you maybe help me and tell me what im doing wrong? tyvm!


my pc specs:
intel i5 3570
4gb ddr3 ram
geforce 660ti

im trying to stream over twitch, (server: amsterdam)

im running cbr with 2500kb bitrate

mp3 96kbit

1920x1080 downscaled to 1280x720 (1.50) @ 30fps, filter: bilinear

multithread activated
priority normal

x264 preset veryfast with high encoding profile


whenever im trying to stream the stream seems to be laggy no real issues with my pc!

hey thanks for your answer!

now what i remarked is:

i got some lags when watching the stream on twitch from another pc.

and i somehow believe that my game is lagging a bit (although i cant really see any difference when looking at my ping..)
