Question / Help Helping with Game Crashing

I have just started recording some of my gameplay and other things and this program has worked great for most of what I've done but for some reason it seems to be closing/crashing whenever I start recording Elder Scrolls Online.

I tried xsplit and that one will work but since it's ad heavy and all that I would like to get this one to work if possible.

I don't know why but once I start recording Elder scrolls will close abruptly. there's no crash warnings or anything about unresponsiveness it just closes down. Any one have any ideas what might be happening?

Game capture is currently a bit too sensitive to other conflicts (it's something we're working on soon). Let me give you an example of conflicting programs: (Cue copy & paste: ) These could be other capture programs, game mods and graphics mods (sweetfx in particular), graphics card utilities like msi afterburner or the EVGA 'K boost' feature (I think it's called), or programs that put in custom in-game overlays for their program, such as teamspeak/mumble overlays, or razer synapse overlay. If you're using "D3Dgear" (a very invasive program), you must completely completely uninstall it to fix the issue.

It could also be that you just need to use the "anti-cheat compatibility", though I doubt that will change anything.
