so i have i have just starting to use obs (for streaming) but i cant really find out what setting to use. for best performen oan stuff, i tried to play d2 but im really loosing frames.tried to fix it for several days now. watched a lot of videos on youtube to try different settings.

Internet: 70mbps down, 80mbps up.anyone know haw i cant stream with OK quality and not lose and game performance? at least play with 144fps?
