Apologies first for my English , it is not my native language

Recently I have got interested in streaming on twitch.tv

I have no knowledge with this so I went with the whim

I have downloaded OBS Studio , latest version

First I had the problem with installing some files were missing , c++ x86 etc .. I fix it

Then I had a problem with the black screen ... I fix it with game capture

Then I started streaming Hearthstone game , while I was streaming I wanted to check the quality of the stream with my mobile phone and I find it laggy and choppy . I google this problem and found no answer how to fix it , and I want your help with it

I have shitty laptop , and I will you give you my information on internet speed and settings that I have changed in OBS program

I changed the resolution on my laptop for faster CPU thing
