One of the many down sides to streaming from a laptop.

The Intel adapter handles all desktop operations, the nVidia handles 3D and GPU-accelerated gaming. OBS can only use one of them, and can't switch between them mid-stream.

So either run OBS on the nVidia and be able to use Game/Window captures (and 3D acceleration), or run it on the Intel and be able to display capture. Strongly advised to just use the nVidia adapter and not use display captures at all.
