ive been trying to fix this issue for 5 hours and nothing helps.2 days ago my stream wasnt laggy at all. it was perfect, now my viewers say the stream is lagging it isl freezing and doing the loading wheel.
i tried restarting obs, restarting outer, lower bitrate. change server, i had 4500 bitrate it was awwesome, after issue started i tried lowering to 3000 and its lagging,im pissed. everything was fine and all of usdden after not streaming for a day it started being a problem
847.4 - download speed , 98.22 - uplaod sspeed, im pissed. help, i tried everything.

Looks like your ISP is broken. Specifically on the RTMP protocol used for streaming. You should contact them.
Unless you're using one of those really bad and incredible intrusive security software or one of those really bad network fixers which actually break the network.
Can you please provide a log file with a test streaming of no less than 30 seconds?

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
