What did you set up for the stream and recording?

According to the message, I would say that you have set a wrong setting.

Please write us down (or photo) what you posted there.

Please try not .mkv but .mp4 when recording

.mkv is not recognized in many editing programs or it is difficult to edit.

That can be the problem.

I think you also installed an Nvidia graphics card.
Normally yes, otherwise you wouldn't have the Nvenc option, but I still ask.

I do not think so.
Are there any updates for the graphics card?
Possibly. you should give us the crash log from OBS here.
it can be found under help.
Maybe there is something in it.

Maybe you also try the Auto Config Wizzard under tools.

You need to update your NVIDIA drivers. You have 2 ways you can do it:

  1. Open GeForce Experience if it's installed on your PC. Login, click on DRIVERS, then select Download. Install it fully, then reboot.
    OR
  2. Manually download your drivers using this link: https://www.geforce.com/drivers
Make sure to reboot your PC once the drivers are installed.

Is it right, that you habe 1 scene with 3 sources an the same time?

11:40:53.544: Loaded scenes:
11:40:53.544: - scene 'Scene':
11:40:53.544: - source: 'minecraft' (game_capture)
11:40:53.544: - source: 'minecraft 2' (game_capture)
11:40:53.544: - source: 'he minecraft 3' (monitor_capture)

if yes, delete minecraft 2 and he minecraft 3.

you need for game capture 1 scene and for monitor capture another scene.
plz. never use both in the same scene.
