According to the log snippet below, and a number of other attempts in that logfile, you were successfully streaming for a few minutes each time, until you hit the 'stop streaming' button. OBS was sending the data, and Mixer on the API end noted they were receiving data and starting the stream.

Only recommendation I can think of is to make sure you're using the correct stream key, have complied with Mixer's "livestreamer code of ethics" program and subsequent 24-hour mandatory wait period that they implemented a few months ago. Everything on the OBS side says that your stream should be up and running. You may need to reach out to Mixer support to investigate further.

Only recommendation I can think of is to make sure you're using the correct stream key, have complied with Mixer's "livestreamer code of ethics" program and subsequent 24-hour mandatory wait period that they implemented a few months ago. Everything on the OBS side says that your stream should be up and running. You may need to reach out to Mixer support to investigate further.
